    You need to update your Windows to the latest version Win 10. The Windows 7 or the 8 are very old versu=ion and many new things can be accessed in the Windows 10. I was also having ERROR CODE 0XC0000428 on my Windows 7 and I had to update the windows and all things have been sorted out.
