Žaidimų kompiuterio ir telefono hibridas "PlayStation Phone" pasirodys 2011 metų vasarį Kompanijos „Sony Ericsson" atstovai pranešė, jog vasarį vyksiančioje konferencijoje "Mobile World Congress" kompanija planuoja pristatyti mobiliojo telefono ir žaidimų kompiuterio hibridą "PlayStation Phone" (Z1). Kaip praneša technologijos.lt, konferencija "Mobile World Congress" vyks Barselonoje (Ispanija) 2011 metų vasario 14-17 dienomis. Tačiau jau dabar internete pasklido informacija, jog kompanija įrenginį žiniasklaidai pristatys netgi dar anksčiau - vasario 13 dienos vakare. Europos parduotuvių lentynas naujovė pasieks apytiksliai dar po poros mėnesių, o JAV produkto gali tekti laukti iki 2011 metų birželį vyksiančios parodos E3. Dar vieno internetinio šaltinio teigimu, "Sony Ericsson Z1" ("PlayStation Phone") tikrasis pavadinimas gali būti "Xperia Play". Tokia versija grindžiama faktu, jog "Sony Ericsson" padalinys Europoje yra įregistravęs minėtąjį prekinį ženklą. Taip pat kompanijai atstovaujanti viešųjų ryšių agentūra "Jung Relations" jau įregistravo "Xperia Play" internetinių domenų pavadinimus, įskaitant XperiaPlay.com, .net ir .org. Galutinėje "PlayStation Phone" (nesvarbu, koks pavadinimas bus pasirinktas) versijoje greičiausiai bus naudojamas 1 GHz taktinio dažnio procesorius "Qualcomm MSM8655", 512 MB operatyvioji atmintis, 1 GB ROM atmintis. Ekrano įstrižainė turėtų būti apytiksliai 3,7-4,1 colio, o pats įrenginys turėtų būti valdomas naudojant "Google" operacinę sistemą "Android 2.3" (kodinis pavadinimas "Gingerbread"). Sprendžiant iš anksčiau pasirodžiusių prototipo nuotraukų, galima daryti prielaidą, jog žaidimų valdiklis su ekranu bus sujungtas slankiąja jungtimi, panašiai kaip ir dabartiniu metu platinamame žaidimų kompiuteryje "PSPgo". Neseniai "Sony Ericsson" atskleidė, jog kuriama "Android" ir "iOS" sistemoms skirta programa "PlayStation App". Tačiau jos paskirtis nėra žaidimų emuliavimas, o kaip papildoma priemonė žaidimų kompiuteriams susisiekti tinklu. Įdomu ir tai, jog "Sony Computer Entrainment" šiuo metu kuria dar vieną žaidimų kompiuterį - atnaujintą PSP modelį "PlayStation Portable 2". "Sony" atstovas Kazuo Hirai atskleidžia, jog abu šie įrenginiai pasižymės skirtingu funkcionalumu, tačiau pats pripažįsta, jog du panašiu metu sukurti modeliai vartotojams gali kelti šiokią tokią sumaištį. "Mes nenorime, kad žaidėjai klaustų, kuo skiriasi "PlayStation Phone" ir PSP, - kalbėjo K. Hirai "The New York Times" žurnalistams. - Mums dar reikės sugalvoti tokią marketingo kryptį, kad vartotojams viskas būtų paprasta. Tai turėtų būti toks produktas, kuris išsaugotų visus "PlayStation" pranašumus". Interviu su laikraščio žurnalistais K. Hirai taip pat paminėjo PSP2, tačiau nepatvirtino konkrečių techninių parametrų. Remiantis šiuo metu internete sklandančiais gandais, šio įrenginio apatiniame paviršiuje turėtų būti įmontuotas nešiojamiems kompiuteriams analogiškas lietimui pirštais jautrus valdiklis (angl. trackpad). Lietimui jautrus turėtų būti ir šio įrenginio ekranas. Remiantis minėtuoju interviu, galima prognozuoti, jog "PlayStation Phone" bus skirtas mažiau techniniams resursams reikliems žaidimams. To all God of war fans who just played Ghost of Sparta get ready for the new God of War coming out in spring of 2012. This is something people all over the world want to see and that's exactly what they'll get. God of war is set to take place where God of War 3 left off. Kratos is has killed Zeus and Olympus is no longer here but Kratos sees something for the first time he could not defeat. But Kratos still has the ability to kill who ever dares to battle him. With everyone dead who else does the Ghost of Sparta have to battle. Perhaps it maybe something that has to do with the past or his future. This is something God of War fans love to see. No one can stop the Ghost of Sparta with his to deadly double chains he is the real God of War and he will see a battle he will need help of put will that person help him in his quest for vengeances. Will the Ghost of Sparta be finally be taken down? Will Athena help him in his time of need well then get God of War 4 coming out in spring of 2012.
