At this time, I can not look into specific order accounts until we process all of the information. Unfortunately, if you did not receive an order receipt, then your redemption was unsuccessful. If you have an Order Confirmations with order #0: If you have received a receipt with an order #0 or # on it, your order went through, but please email the Lockerz receipt that your received to teri@lockerz.com.
