The GamesIndustry.biz Investment Summit returns for its second US show in a year.

Taking place on Wednesday, August 28th - during PAX Dev and just before PAX West - the Investment Summit at PAX is designed to connect independent game creators with investment firms and publishers.

Publishers, investors and platforms already signed up include Nintendo, Valve, Digital Extremes, Gearbox, Kowloon Nights, Fellow Traveller, Team17, MTG, Giant Games, Jagex, Nicalis, Versus Evil, Those Awesome Guys and many more to be announced.

The event is split into three segments. The morning will feature a series of talks and panels from leading publishers and investors on how to get your game noticed, signed and funded.

What follows is a networking lunch, where you have a chance to talk with the speakers and leading investors and publishers in the room.

And finally, in the afternoon we will hold a series of short 1-to-1 meetings between developers and investors/publishers. Once you've bought a ticket, the Investment Summit team will ask you to fill in a form to enter the meeting system. Publishers and investors will then decide whether to meet with you. A ticket does not guarantee meetings, although the team will facilitate introductions where possible.
