The Mafia Trilogy is a collection which contains remasters of Mafia II and Mafia III, and a remake of the original Mafia.
Mafia: Definitive Edition
A full-on remake of the original Mafia. It was released on September 25th, 2020 and was the final addition to the Mafia Trilogy.
Mafia: Definitive Edition was praised for modernizing its source material, as well as for its presentation and graphics. The game was criticized for its animations and similarities to Mafia III. Daniel Vávra, the director of the original game, noted the definitive edition for alterations to the game's established storyline.
Mafia II: Definitive Edition
A remaster of the 2010 action-adventure game Mafia II. It was released in May, 2020 to coincide with the announcement of the Mafia Trilogy.
Mafia II: Definitive Edition has been criticized for its numerous technical flaws and game-breaking bugs that weren't present in the original release.
Mafia III: Definitive Edition
A re-release of Mafia III, also contains free DLC packs including "Faster Baby!", "Stones Unturned" and "Sign of the Times".
