The Setting

1920+ is an alternate version of our own world created by Polish artist Jakub Różalski. In the early 20th century, tradition clashes with progress, and the world is still full of mysteries and secrets.

The Game

After World War 1 farmers found a plethora of unexploded ordnance, barbed wire, weapons, shrapnel and bullets while ploughing their fields. They called it the Iron Harvest.

In Iron Harvest you lead hero characters, mechs, and soldiers into battle. Cover mechanics and dynamic destruction play a major role in combat. Throughout its open sandbox levels you have to find your own way to reach the goals set by the dynamic story line.

King Art Games has released a new gameplay video for its upcoming real-time strategy game, Iron Harvest, showing some multiplayer action from the game’s alpha build. This new RTS aims to back to the roots of Company of Heroes and Warcraft to combine classic real-time strategy with modern technology in a unique setting.

 

The Alpha 2 build, which focuses on the multiplayer mode of the game and is available to those who have pre-ordered it, features two 1v1 maps (multiplayer & skirmish against AI), one 2v2 map (multiplayer & skirmish against AI; co-op), a reworked version of the first challenge map, 8 infantry units, 10 mechs, 2 weapon systems, 2 playable factions (Polania and Saxony), base buildings, bunkers and fortifications.

 

Iron Harvest will feature three playable factions with over 40 unit types and 9 heroes, three singleplayer campaigns with an overarching story (21 missions), Singleplayer & Co-op skirmish matches, Singleplayer & Co-op challenge maps, Competitive multiplayer (ranked matches, seasons) and free DLC & updates.
