Apogee, yes THE Apogee software is getting set to drop a Duke bomb on the Nintendo DS in a few days. Better yet, they’ve dropped a trailer on teh interwebs.

 

Duke Nukem: Critical Mass is a mix of side scrolling and 3rd person Duke action.

 

He kills aliens and saves babes, what more do you need to know!?

 

Hell, I’ll buy it just to support Apogee.

 

The side scrolling action seems reminiscent of the excellent Duke Nukem: Manhattan Project, so as long as the controls are tight, this looks like it may be a solid DS title that doesn’t involve Dogz or Pokemonz.

Apogee Software today released a trailer for the upcoming action title Duke Nukem: Critical Mass™ celebrating Duke Nukem’s long overdue return to the gaming world and his first ever adventure on the Nintendo DS™
