Today, Konami announced a new fantasy action game called NeverDead. Currently in production for the PS3 and 360, this third-person action game takes place in a world where humans are battling supernatural enemies in a "vast city landscape."

Taking place in the future, players will utilize a "butterfly-design inspired sword" and a bunch of guns in their fight against a demonic host. Not much is known about the game at this point, but the press release stated that it will have a very unique healing mechanic that was designed by a former Kojima Production member. The environment is also supposed to be destructible.

No release date for this project has been announced yet.
