Batman Arkham City's Robin DLC will be available to UK gamers through pre-orders at Game and Gamestation.

The extra content sees sidekick Robin playable in the Arkham City's Challenge Mode.

It also adds two maps: Black Mask Hideout and Freight Train Escape.

The Robin DLC pack was previously spotted as a US pre-order bonus. Across the pond it's only available through retailer Best Buy.

Batman: Arkham City will feature a wide array of bolt-on content - a total of six Batman pre-order skins are set to be divvied up between various retailers.

Even supermarket behemoth Tesco is involved. It has the UK pre-order exclusive for the four hour-long Joker's Carnival Challenge Map.

Batman: Arkham City will feature DC Comics assassin Deadshot.

The reveal was made in new footage from GameTrailers.

Deadshot is in Arkham City to "take out a series of high value targets", which Batman must protect.

The footage below shows an informant being sniped by Deadshot, just as he is about to divulge vital information.

After predecessor Arkham Asylum's Joker-centric story, Rocksteady is beefing up Arkham City with a cavalcade of familiar Batman foes.

Joker, Hugo Strange, Two-Face, Harley Quinn, Riddler, Poison Ivy, Mr. Freeze, Penguin and Calender Man all make appearances.

Batman: Arkham City AUS OPM Review 10/10

Official Playstation Magazine Australia have given their verdict on Batman: Arkham City. The game has been given a 10/10 and has been refered as being "one of the best games ever made". Extracts from the review can be found below.

A new villain for Batman: Arkham City has been revealed.

Confirmation comes from a new video, from Sony Computer Entertainment US show Qore, that shows the Mad Hatter in Arkham City.

A screenshot, courtesy of NeoGAF, shows the Hatter flanked by what may be goons loyal to the supervillain - wearing rabbit masks.

Fans are speculating that Mad Hatter's inclusion in the game may indicate it features a sequence similar to the Scarecrow sequence from the first Rocksteady-developed Batman game.

In the video, which is now on YouTube, supervillain Poison Ivy is also seen.

Mad Hatter turns up on the 3 minutes 38 seconds mark.

Arkham City features a raft of Batman supervillains, including Joker, Riddler, Harley Quinn, Bane, Hugo Strange, Two-Face and Penguin.

Then there's Mr Freeze, Talia al Ghul and Calendar Man.
