Duke Nukem Forever

Sveiki.

Turbut ilgiausiai daromas projektas žaidimo industrijoje yra Duke Nukem: Forever. Net dabar jau kažkaip pripratom kad projektas yra FOREVER ir juokiames kad jis niekada neišeis.

Prisiminsime kad projektas turėjo pasirodyti 1998 metais ir tikrai buvo novatoriškas ir gana geras (sprendžiant pagal trailerį)

Nuo pirmo paminėjimo DNF praėjo jau vienolika metų ir neseniai pasirodė keletą skrinų ir buvo pranešta kad projektas vis dar kuriamas.

Yra jau keleta beta buildų šio žaidimo.

Idomu kad komanda pastoviai norėjo išleisti gerą žaidimą, bet veluodavo su savo darbų ir tiesiog atsirasdavo galingesni grafiniai varikliai, žaidimai tapdavo vis tobulesni ir tobulesni tame plane ir tekdavo komandai pradėti pastoviai darbą iš naujo.

Kodėl taip buvo visus šiuos metus tikriausiai niekada ir nesužinosime.

Neseniai buvo pranešta kad kompanija, turinti visus patentus "Duke Nukem" franchise, 3D REALMS - bankrotavo.

Kila klausimas - ar Duke Nukem taip ir liks FOREVER?

Mus laukia džiugi žinia. Duke Nukem serija gyva.

3D Realms "Situation" Won't Affect Duke Nukem Trilogy, Apogee

Duke Nukem Forever developer 3D Realms is reportedly out of gum, allegedly planned to close its doors this week. But that won't affect the other Duke Nukem game currently in development or Apogee Software.

Following rumored reports that Duke Nukem devs 3D Realms had given up the ghost, reps for publisher Deep Silver issued a statement that everything was going full steam on the Duke compilation. Additionally, the recently revived Apogee, as a separate entity, would continue.

"Deep Silver and Apogee Software are not affected by the situation at 3D Realms," reads the statement. "Development on the Duke Nukem Trilogy is continuing as planned."

Announced last year with a brilliant trailer, Duke Nukem Trilogy consists of Duke Nukem: Chain Reaction, Duke Nukem: Critical Mass and Duke Nukem: Proving Grounds.

While 3DR is a much smaller studio now, we will continue to operate as a company and continue to license and co-create games based upon the Duke Nukem franchise.

Tai reiškia kad visa "Duke Nukem Forever" kurėjų komanda prarado savo darbą, tačiau 3D REALMS kompanija dar gyva ir nesiruošia pasiduoti.

Iki šiol neaišku kaip bus su Duke Nukem Forever. George Broussard nepaneigė, bet ir nepatvirtino DNF gamybą.

Tačiau "Duke Nukem" turėtų pasakyti bent vieną kartą savo žinomas frazes ir šauti iš savo Golden Eagle

Tema paimta iš Sega Saturn konsolės žaidimo "Duke Nukem 3D"

Kažkur skaičiau, kad jis ir bus "Amžinai" kuriamas, nors šiaip oficialiai jis nėra atšauktas. Bet pats labai norėčiau ant nextgen palošt, atsimenu kai ant PS1 lošdavau per split-screen - geriausias tų laikų žaidimas buvo. Galėdavai gerai pasidraskyti.

1:34-1:37 geriausias dalykas

Nors labai tikiuosi, kad jis greitu laiku bus išleistas, nes jei vėl dėl naujų technologijų atšauks dar kitiems metams.

Grafika - nėra svarbiausias dalykas, o Legedinis žaidimas viską reiškia.

O seip geimas atrodo nerealei, ir grafika padori. Aisku iki tokiu grandu kaip MGS ar Dead Space toli, bet atrodo padori ir butu isties nerealus geimas.

Labai laukiu šito žaidimo. Tikuosi jog daugiau nebeatidės.
